Money Management Course - 23rd November to 7th December 2009

Christians Against Poverty, the national debt counselling charity, is running the three-week course on Money Management.

Teaching good money management skills, budgeting tips and overall advice on how to curtail expenditure, the course will be run in partnership with Maswell Park Church and open to everyone, whether they’re Christian or not.  The course begins on 23rd November at 7.45pm and will be held at Hounslow Evangelical Church hall.

Trained CAP Money Coaches, Barry Miltenburg and Sally Brooks will be on hand to lead the sessions and offer practical advice.  The course also boasts the feature of providing access to CAP’s debt counselling services for those with acute financial needs.

The course runs over three weeks - 23rd/30th November, 7th December and each session will last approximately 1.5hrs.  At each session there will be a short video shown, after which there will be practical work with the help of your money coaches. 

The aim of the course is to introduce you to a proven method for managing your money that will make you feel in control of your money. 

Please note that all discussion at the sessions will be treated as strictly confidential. 

Although this course does not offer debt advice it will enable you to get access to further help and advice if needed.
